this is my food paradise....
this is one of my home cook dish called "kemiding" or known as paku pakis. some people also called this dish as "sayur midin". this is one of my simple dish that i can cook and it just need a simple step. you can just cook it in less than 15 minutes and it is one of the fastest dish that you can have. you just need to have the paku pakis, oil, garlics, salt, ketchup (depends if you want to put it), oyster sauce and add some water if you want to make it gravy. firstly, you must add some oils (not too much and less, just enough accourding to the amount of paku pakis) and garlics and stir it. after the smells or aromas of the garlics risen, put the paku pakis and stir it together. after stir it fries, you can see that the paku pakis will begin to weld. next, put on salts, oyster sauce and ketchup (if you want to add) according to your own taste. *remember, do not put too much because it might be salty later, just put in a moderate amount.
then, you can test the taste and if it is still not that tasty, just put on little salts to make it better and if you want to add ketchup, do not be too much because the colour of the dish may be darken. *remember, the paku pakis itself have its own colour (brown reddish colour). so, it depends to you to makeup the colour either let it be natural or not.
tips from me when cooking is that:
-you must know who do you want to cook for (it's maybe for your love one or for yourself)
-pour all your heart and souls into the dishes that you want to make.
-let others fell your love in the dishes that you made.
-be moderate, not too much and not less.
-cook with a happy heart.
